We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results driven Roofing Sales Representative for our Azusa, CA office. The successful candidate must demonstrate initiative, a good work ethic, and attention to detail.
Job Summary
Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining existing client base, developing new customers, and searching for potential prospects in their designated geographic area.
Duties and Responsibilities
People-oriented, determined, sales driven and a team player
Self-Starter and resourceful with ability to develop new and existing relationships
Preparing proposals/quotes/estimates for clients
Ability to estimate projects of various sizes and scope
Read plans and understand project specifications
Working with General Contractors
Manage new and existing client accounts
Strong sales skills to seek out and identify bid/sales opportunities
Participate in Sales Meetings/Training’s
Required Skills Experience
Computer skills in all Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written/oral and interpersonal communication skills
Confident, with an enthusiastic drive to succeed
Ability to estimate projects of various sizes and scope
Must be able to set and climb a ladder
Able to manage company and customer demands
Present a positive attitude of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
Able to deal with unexpected challenges in a professional and calm manner
Valid and current Driver License
