Project Background

Stone Roofing was responsible for the reroof project at Buy Buy Baby, Temecula, CA. The various challenges that Stone Roofing faced included working during the store’s business hours, working with limited space for roof access, and completing the scope all within the project’s tight schedule.

Stone Roofing fulfilled the project’s demands by using the logistical management and on-site problem-solving skills gained with over 80 years in the commercial roofing business. As in all of our shopping center reroofing projects, Stone also took special care in ensuring the safety of all customers during the roof preparation, loading, and construction phases.

Overall, Stone Roofing installed the 60 mil white PVC membrane and insulation over the old built up roofing system. Southern California’s hot, sunny climate typically forces buildings to see elevated HVAC costs, however the new roof system provides solar reflectivity and thermal resistance that saves Buy Buy Baby significantly to this day. Overall, Stone Roofing is happy to have satisfied another customer in the retail industry.
