The Evolution Warner Center roof project was new apartment construction located on Variel Ave., Canoga Park Ca. The project is a 7-story building, 277 unit apartment building with subterranean parking, rooftop BBQ terraces, and an outdoor community kitchen. The Warner project is perfectly located near Woodland Hills, a popular place to live in Southern California.
