Project Background

3465 S. La Cienega Blvd is a 25,400 Sq. Ft. mixed use commercial building located in Los Angeles, California. Their recent building alterations project consisted of preparing the building for tenant improvements that were expected in the near future. The majority of the scope of work fell into the roofer’s hands, as the alterations were mostly limited to installing new roofing and a new mechanical platform.

Stone Roofing was thrilled to take on the installation of this project and their new 60 mil TPO roofing system. The scope included ensuring all laps were watertight, such as at all skylights, platforms, drains, and roof edges.
