Stone Roofing Company, Inc. has the commercial roofing experience and knowledge to work on a variety of retail roof projects. Successfully completing a roofing project on a retail building requires a great deal of planning and great communication with the owners, tenants, employees and customers. At Stone Roofing, maintaining a safe environment for both our customers and construction crews is our primary concern.

We were thrilled to work with Big Lots in Laguna Hills on their 26,600 Sq. Ft. Re-roofing project. Using a cold-applied acrylic, elastomeric coating over a modified built up roof, we worked the project in phases. We accomplished this by scheduling work during off business hours, clearly marking construction routes and zones, cleaning up and protecting work daily are all tasks perfected in over 80+ years of serving businesses in the commercial roofing industry.

Cold-applied roof coatings are generally economical, tested, versatile, easy to use, and proven to have a long performance life. When applied in a roofing system, they protect and reinforce the integrity of the roof, as well as seal and conserve the roof.

The end result was a more resilient roofing system that not only looks great but will act as a shield against the forces of nature for years to come.
