Project Background

The Tejon Ranch Commerce Center is a currently developing scene for industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. It is strategically located in Lebec, California in order for distribution warehouses on site to be capable of delivering to a very large proportion of western U.S. residents. Tejon Ranch boasts that it can reach 40 million people with next-day delivery, and 70 million in two days. As of 2021, 6 million of 20 million sq ft is developed, leaving 14 million sq ft still available for future enterprises.

Stone Roofing Company was tasked with roofing a brand new 591,200 sq ft warehouse within the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center grounds. The roofing system chosen included a 45 mil white reinforced TPO membrane. Stone Roofing mechanically attached the membrane over underlayment, fire barrier sheets, and lastly, the plywood deck.

Overall, Stone Roofing completed this massive roofing project at an average rate of 15,000 square feet per day, all the while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail and craftsmanship.
