Stone Roofing Co., Inc. has the experience and knowledge to work on a variety of retail mix use projects. Currently Stone is the preferred contractor for 100’s of retail buildings throughout California. Successfully completing a project on retail/mixed use buildings require planning and great communication with the General Contractors, owners, and tenants/employees/customers.

Stone Roofing had the opportunity to work on the Wallace, Hollywood project. The Wallace on Sunset project is a beautiful addition to historical Hollywood – a 7 story apartment building over two story subterranean parking structure, with 200 units and 311 parking stalls located on Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA. This project sits adjacent to the historical Earl Carroll theatre.

Maintaining a safe environment for both customers and construction crews is our primary concern. Working in phases, scheduling during off business hours, clearly marking construction routes and zones, cleaning up and protecting work daily are all tasks perfected in over 80 years of business in the Commercial Roofing Industry.
