The Sanford Bothman building located in Bell, CA provides places of business for Mainline Skate Shop, Western Firearms, and Libreria Cristiana Celestial. Being at the heart of the city on Atlantic Avenue, these businesses see some of the most activity around. As the landlord, it is Sanford Bothman’s responsibility to maintain safe, clean, and uninterrupted use for their tenants. In November 2019, Sanford Bothman scheduled their 5th preventative maintenance operation from Stone Roofing, originally beginning in 2008.

In a typical preventative maintenance job like this one, Stone Roofing assessed the roof in its entirety, cleaned it, and resealed areas of interest as needed. This roof membrane in particular suffered from various splits, cracks, punctures, and cuts within several areas on the roof including flashings, bases, penetrations, and drains. Stone Roofing professionally removed all debris and sealed all areas that showed the potential risk for the building, effectively preparing Sanford Bothman and tenants for the rainy season to come.
